  • Monitor all operation that effect quality.
  • Devise procedures to inspects and report quality issue.
  • Supervise and guide technician and other staff.
  • Evaluate customer requirement and make sure meet their needs.
  • Report all the problems regarding operation and ensure immediate action are take.
  • Ensure all legal standard are meet.
